Welcome to Labourlìn.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.labourlin.com and participation in the Labourlìn – Cosmetic Lab Experience.

By accessing the website or participating in the experiences, you fully agree to these Terms.

Bookings

Labourlìn experiences can be booked via:

• Instagram direct message

• WhatsApp

• Phone contact

A booking is considered confirmed upon confirmation by Labourlìn and, where required, upon payment.

Participation in the experiences

Labourlìn experiences are guided creative and lab-based activities.

Each participant agrees to:

• follow the instructions provided during the workshop

• use tools and materials properly

• maintain respectful behavior towards others and the environment

Participants are required to inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or specific conditions prior to the experience.

Labourlìn is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed information.

Nature of the Experience

Labourlìn offers guided educational, creative, and lab-based experiences and does not operate as a manufacturer or seller of finished cosmetic products.

During the experiences, participants create a cosmetic formulation under guidance for personal and experiential purposes only.

Any product created during the experience shall not be considered a cosmetic product placed on the market, but rather the outcome of an individual guided activity.

Participants may optionally choose to take home what they have created as part of the experience.

Such items are not intended for sale, distribution, or commercial use and are not accompanied by the regulatory documentation required for cosmetic products placed on the market (such as, by way of example, the Product Information File – PIF).

The formulations used during the experiences are developed in collaboration with cosmetic research and development professionals and laboratories and are adapted for educational and experiential purposes, in line with good cosmetic practices.

Minors

Minors may participate only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or upon signing a consent form by the parent or guardian.

The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor throughout the entire experience, including supervision during the use of tools and materials.

Labourlìn cannot be held responsible for any behavior of the minor that does not comply with the instructions provided during the workshop.

Liability

Labourlìn is committed to providing a safe environment and a carefully guided experience.

Participation takes place under the responsibility of the participant, in accordance with the instructions provided.

Labourlìn shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or incidents resulting from:

• improper use of tools or materials

• failure to follow the provided instructions

• independent, unpredictable, or non-compliant behavior

Payments

Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

Without payment, the booking cannot be considered confirmed.

Any alternative arrangements may be agreed only in specific cases, at the sole discretion of Labourlìn.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations must be communicated at least 3 days (72 hours) before the experience date.

If cancelled within this timeframe, a voucher for a future date may be issued.

In case of late cancellation, Labourlìn reserves the right to retain the paid amount or, at its discretion, issue a voucher for a future experience.

Vouchers

• are valid within the period communicated at the time of issuance

• are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash

Changes or cancellations by Labourlìn

Labourlìn reserves the right to modify dates, times, or cancel an experience due to organizational reasons or force majeure.

For public (non-private) experiences, confirmation is subject to reaching a minimum of 8 participants. If this minimum is not reached, the experience may be canceled.

In such cases, a new date or a voucher of equal value will be offered.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and formats of Labourlìn experiences are protected.

Reproduction, use, or distribution for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior authorization.

Use of the website

The website may use cookies and similar technologies. For more information, please refer to the Cookie Policy.

Content may not be used for purposes other than personal use without authorization.

Limitation of liability

Labourlìn does not guarantee that the information on the website is always complete, up to date, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Labourlìn shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or participation in the experiences, except where required by applicable law.

Changes to the Terms

Labourlìn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
